Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling service enquiries, coordinating with field technicians, and ensuring all service requests are completed to client satisfaction. You’ll be the bridge between our customers and skilled technicians, ensuring clear communication and follow-up from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Receive and manage service enquiries through phone, mail, and online platforms.

Schedule and coordinate jobs with technicians.

Track the progress of each service request and ensure successful completion.

Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain clear records of all job requests, status updates, and technician communications.

Visit sites as required to inspect service completion or understand client concerns.

Provide reports and updates to management on ongoing and completed tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in service coordination or a similar role.

Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, AC, and other technical issues.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with MS Office and basic computer applications.

Willingness to travel locally for site visits as required.

Fluency in Malayalam and English.
