We also pioneered the manufacturing of dispensers and stainless steel equipment for the quick-service restaurant industry. Over the past decade, Western has grown at a CAGR of 30%, with 35% of sales coming from exports.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Manage service-related issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications and service requests.
Assist in scheduling, dispatching, and following up on service operations.
Perform other administrative duties as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination or telecommunication roles.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office and other office management tools.
Male candidates preferred for this role (Indore location).

Additional Requirements

Immediate availability for joining.
Willing to work in a 3rd-party company setup.
