Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Coordinator to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing technician schedules, ensuring timely service delivery, and providing outstanding support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments and preventive maintenance visits.
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and service technicians.
  
• Monitor the progress of service calls and ensure timely completion.
  
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and resolutions.
  
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly service reports and share insights with the management team.
  
• Manage spare parts inventory in coordination with the logistics/warehouse team.
  
• Support warranty claims and service-related documentation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a service coordination or administrative support role, preferably in HVAC, electronics, or a technical service industry.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management software (SAP, CRM tools, etc.).
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
