Job Description

As a Service Coordinator at Vertex Techno Solutions, your role will involve coordinating service activities, managing operations, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis. Your responsibilities will include: - Checking the tickets raised for Service - Allocating tickets to respective engineers - Checking for spare parts required - Checking the spares received - Allocating spares to engineers - Collecting previous day reports and documents from engineers - Creating tickets on HP tool - Closing tickets on HP tool - Follow up on pending tickets To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience of 2-5 years in Service Coordination and Operations Management - Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities - Expertise in customer service - Previous experience in a similar role in the IT industry is a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions is beneficial - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Note: Omitting the additional details of Vertex Techno Solutions as it is not relevant to the job description),
