Service Coordinator

As an Appliance Repair Service Technician or ITI candidate, your main role will involve examining customers" appliances to identify the cause of breakdowns, performing maintenance work, and providing rough estimates on repair costs. You will also need to visit clients" homes to identify appliance problems, disassemble and reassemble appliances, diagnose and replace faulty parts, and explain to clients how to use appliances properly. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing large appliances such as washers, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, chimneys, and hobs for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Examine customers" appliances and identify the cause of breakdowns - Perform maintenance work on customers" appliances - Provide rough estimates to customers on repair costs - Visit clients" homes to identify appliance problems - Disassemble and reassemble appliances - Diagnose and replace faulty parts - Explain to clients how to use appliances properly - Install large appliances for clients, including washers, ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, chimneys, and hobs Qualifications Required: - ITI certification or relevant experience in appliance repair - Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing appliances - Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively Please note that this is a full-time job with working hours from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.
