Designation: Sales Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 12 - 16 years Department: Sales Reporting to: VP Job Responsibilities: Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management: · Ensure timely qualification of leads from BDE. · Evaluate potential business opportunities and assign leads to team members. · Track and optimize the sales funnel and conversion ratios. Team Management and Escalation Handling: · Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targets. · Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews. · Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture. · Handle client or operational escalations quickly, work with internal teams to fix issues, and ensure they are effectively resolved to avoid recurrence. OEM/Partner Connect: · Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM. · Collaborate on joint go-to-market strategies and campaigns. · Stay updated on OEM roadmaps and leverage them to generate new business. Business Analysis & Reporting: · Analyse sales performance, identify trends, and recommend strategies for growth. · Provide accurate forecasts, dashboards, and business reports to VP. · Use data insights to drive decision-making and improve processes. Target Achievement: Take ownership of the overall team target. Strategize and implement plans to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
