Electronic Security Solutions including CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control & Biometric Devices

Roles & Responsibilities

• Service scheduling:

  Plan and manage Service Engineer visit schedules for service & project activities

• SLA adherence:

  Ensure service calls are closed within SLA / TAT timelines

• Technical support:

  Provide support related to CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Biometric systems.

  (Preferred)

• Handle

  customer coordination and escalations

• Maintain

  MIS reports

  and update service/project status regularly
• Track and close

  pending defective returns

• Coordinate with the

  logistics team

  for dispatch of service materials
• Vendor coordination and follow-ups
  
• Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction

• Strong proficiency in

  Excel, email communication, and documentation

Required Skills

• Good verbal & written communication
  
• Strong knowledge of Excel & reporting
  
• Experience in

  technical support or service coordination

  (

  preferably

  in Electronic Security systems: CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Biometric)
• Ability to manage multiple engineers and customer queries
  
• Problem-solving and escalation-handling ability
