Job Title: Service Cloud Voice Developer (Immediate Joiner)

Service Cloud Voice Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement
Service Cloud Voice
solutions integrated with
Amazon Connect
.
Build and deploy
AWS Lambda functions
to support call flow logic and automation.
Create and manage
Amazon Lex bots
for natural language understanding and conversational AI capabilities.
Collaborate with Salesforce teams to ensure smooth integration between
Salesforce Service Cloud
and AWS components.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Service Cloud Voice implementations for better performance and scalability.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years
of experience in
Salesforce
and
AWS ecosystem
integrations.
Strong hands-on expertise in:

Amazon Connect
(Contact flow design and configuration)
Amazon Lex
(Bot building, intents, utterances, and slots)
AWS Lambda
(Node.js/Python-based function development)
AWS IAM
,
CloudWatch
, and
API Gateway

Proven experience implementing
Service Cloud Voice
solutions.
Solid understanding of
Salesforce Service Cloud architecture
and
CTI integrations
.
Familiarity with
JSON, REST APIs
, and
AWS SDKs
.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Salesforce certifications such as
Salesforce Administrator
or
Service Cloud Consultant
.
AWS certifications (e.g.,
AWS Certified Developer Associate
,
AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
).
Experience in
Contact Center AI
or
Omnichannel
solutions.
