Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and Deploy Measures to Improve Service Level for customer leading to increased recurring revenue.
Customer engagements MBR/QBR-- Develop & Nurture Relationships with relevant people at Client Organization
Account wise Network KPI tracking - Undertake Periodic Reviews of Customer network Performance.
Shore up recurring revenue opportunities.
Closing customer escalations end to end .
Forecasting Churn and Revenue Retention
Understanding of Network architecture
Understanding of Solutions provided
Driving SIPs for key KPI improvement
Ensures right health (flaps) of critical & high value services
Planning for configuring solutions basis customer’s requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent written and oral communication skills as
it handles US accounts
.
Reasonable Commercial, process and Business Awareness
Collaborative relationships building & working.
Effective Communication and Impact, through PPTs.
Self-Management and Personal Development.
Should have exposure on the products such as
MOFN/IPLC etc
IP knowledge
- Understanding of
MPLS/ VPN/ IPLC

Fiber knowledge-

SDH/CEN/ DWDM/ Routers etc
