Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Associate located in Hyderabad. The Service Associate will be responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the store, handling transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include greeting customers, taking orders, preparing food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns. The Service Associate will also assist with inventory management and support the overall operation of the coffeeshop.

Qualifications

Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
Analytical and Finance Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is advantageous
