Service Associate

Department: Customer Service / Operations
Location: Ithum Noida Sector 62
Reports To: Team Lead / Customer Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to clients, resolving inquiries efficiently, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to address inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or accounts.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate department when needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and service logs.
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
• Assist in order processing, returns, billing, or other customer-related processes depending on business needs.
• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred but not always mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and customer service software (CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Conditions:

• Day Shift
• May require weekend or holiday shifts based on business needs
• Office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
