Job Title: Service Associate (Steward)

Location: Elan Miracle, Sector 84, Gurgaon

CTC: ₹17,500

In-hand Salary: ₹14,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist guests with booking tickets and provide information about services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Completion of 12th/Diploma is mandatory.
• Age must be between 18 - 24 years.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).
• Willingness to assist in various service tasks as needed.
