Service Advisor

As a Service Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians and support staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction by improving service quality and turnaround time. In addition, you will play a crucial role in recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation of service personnel. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain service standards at dealers, branches, and ASDs - Monitor and evaluate the performance of the service team, providing feedback and recognition - Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency - Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on service performance - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies - Handle customer complaints and implement customer retention activities - Plan, organize, and conduct training on servicing, repairing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting Qualifications Required: - 1 year of total work experience preferred - Full-time availability - Ability to work in person at the specified location The company provides additional benefits for this position, including cell phone reimbursement, day shift schedule, and performance bonuses.,
