Service Advisor

The role involves diagnosing and detecting mechanical faults in commercial vehicles (Truck/Tipper/Bus/Pickup) manually or using computer diagnostic programs. You will be responsible for examining vehicle parts to ensure they are in perfect working condition. Additionally, maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles for customers will be part of your duties. Assisting customers in performing routine maintenance tasks such as changing oil, lubricating frictional truck parts, and tightening bolts and nuts is crucial. You will also help customers in sourcing quality replacement parts for their commercial vehicles. Moreover, replacing damaged or worn-out truck parts and keeping customers informed about the truck's condition, detected problems, and repair costs are essential aspects of the role. Addressing customer inquiries, providing advice on vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the safety of vehicles undergoing repair are key responsibilities. Conducting test drives on each vehicle post-repair is also part of the job.
