• Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure), manage backups and DR, and provide telecom/voice platform support for contact center technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Azure Cloud Administrator
  • Office 365 and SharePoint Administrator
  • Windows System Administrator
  • Patching the Windows Environment, preferably skilled with Rapid7 as a patching and vulnerability scan tool.
  Skilled in managing and troubleshooting Windows AD and Azure Entra Active Directory
  

• Other Skills:
  • Monitor backups, disaster recovery procedures, and storage provisioning (e.g., Commvault, NetApp).
  • Provide application support, monitor system health, and perform capacity planning.
  • Manage server/cloud infrastructure and application support.
  • Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
  • Familiarity with Dell VxRAIL, NetApp Storage, Pure Storage, and Commvault backups.
  • Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize the impact.
  • Track patch compliance and provide a status report.
  • Support change management and audit documentation.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Ivanti Neurons.
  • Familiarity with Cisco UCCM/UCCX voice infrastructure management will be a plus

Qualifications

• • 5+ years in systems engineering/infrastructure support (Azure Cloud, Windows, Office 365, and End User Computing).
  • Experience with backup tools (Commvault), storage platforms (NetApp, Pure), and cloud environments.
  • Understanding of change management and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline.

Additional Information

Shift timings :- 7am-6pm Eastern (4:30:00 PM - 3:30 a.m IST) ( 8 - 9 hours falling within an 11-hour coverage window to ensure business needs are met).
