Job Description

Administer Windows and Linux servers and cloud infrastructure (Azure), manage backups and DR, and provide telecom/voice platform support for contact center technologies to ensure reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Monitor backups, disaster recovery procedures and storage provisioning (e.g., Commvault, NetApp).
Provide application support, monitor system health and capacity planning.
Manage server/cloud infrastructure and application support.
Provide Operating System Support (Windows ~90%, Linux ~9%, Mac ~1%).
Support Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
Document SOPs and support compliance audits.
Execute patching schedules across servers and endpoints.
Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize impact.
Track patch compliance and report on status.

3+ years in systems engineering/infrastructure support (Windows, Linux, Azure Cloud).
Experience with backup tools (Commvault), storage platforms (NetApp, Pure), and cloud environments.
Experience with patching tools (Ivanti is preferred. SCCM, WSUS, Ansible).
Understanding of change management and compliance.
Strong attention to detail and process discipline.
