•  Manage Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including delivery controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Gateway, and Citrix Cloud integrations.
• . Configure and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and hybrid integrations with Citrix Cloud or on-prem environments.
• . Manage Azure Infrastructure Services - including VMs, networking, storage, and identity management (Entra ID / Azure AD).
• . Perform patching, upgrades, and performance tuning for Citrix and Azure components.
• . Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Citrix, Azure, and supporting infrastructure.
• . Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure Automation, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• . Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure adherence to organizational policies and best practices.
• . Monitor system health and capacity using Citrix Director, Azure Monitor, and other observability tools.
• . Support migrations from on-prem Citrix environments to Citrix Cloud or Azure Virtual Desktop.
• . Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and architectural diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience . 5+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) or Citrix Cloud. . Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services - compute, networking, identity, and automation. . Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, . Proficiency with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. . Understanding of XenServer, Profile Management, and Application Layering. . Experience with Windows Server OS, RDS roles, and Microsoft 365 integration. . Integrate Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, and Azure Monitor. . Automate deployment using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. . Integrate Citrix with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Azure Cloud. . Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident/change management, and enterprise support practices. Preferred Qualifications . Certifications such as: Citrix Certified Associate / Professional (CCA-V / CCP-V) Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate / Azure Solutions Architect Expert . Knowledge of network security and load balancing, . Exposure to Cloud cost optimization and monitoring best practices. Soft Skills . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. .
