About the Role


SEO/SM Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor all SEO activities to boost organic rankings and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content opportunities.
  • Optimize website architecture, metadata, content, and linking strategies for better search performance.
  • Build and manage backlinks through guest posts, directory submissions, and niche-relevant sources.
  • Track and report key SEO metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Work with the design and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand posts.
  • Track engagement and audience growth metrics to improve performance.
  • Stay informed about current social media trends and implement creative ideas to boost reach and engagement.


Performance & Analytics:

  • Measure and report on performance of SEO and social media campaigns.
  • Use insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and user experience for conversions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and/or social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads and SEM campaigns
