Description
What You'll Do Full-Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js). Backend Development : Build and manage server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and ensure efficient data exchange between the server and users using Node.js and Express.js. Frontend Development : Develop interactive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, ensuring component reusability and maintainability. Database Management : Integrate and manage data effectively within MongoDB, optimizing database schemas and queries for performance. Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards. Scalability & Performance : Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, other developers, and QA engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality products. Troubleshooting & Debugging : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and bugs across the full stack. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 2-4 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer. MERN Stack Proficiency : Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with all components of the MERN stack MongoDB : Database design and management. Express.js : Building robust RESTful APIs. React.js : Component-based UI development. Node.js : Server-side application development. JavaScript : Excellent command of JavaScript (ES6+). API Development : Proven experience in designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to debug complex issues. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API). Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel). Experience with version control systems (Git). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment processes. Understanding of microservices architecture.
