One- Liner Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate SEO Specialist who can take complete ownership of SEO projects from on-page to off-page, technical SEO to audits across diverse niches.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search performance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Handle on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking, schema, etc.) and off-page SEO (link-building, outreach, guest posting).
• Perform technical SEO audits, identify issues, and coordinate fixes with the development team.
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Monitor and report traffic trends, keyword rankings, and conversions to measure success.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO and search algorithm trends.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and help them grow.

Key Skills

• Expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
• Strong understanding of Google algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and ranking factors
• Experience with SEO tools – GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Certification or diploma in Digital Marketing / SEO / PPC preferred
