SEO Specialist

ob Summary:

The SEO Specialist is responsible for improving the hospital’s online visibility, driving organic traffic, and managing all social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. This role involves developing and executing SEO strategies, optimizing web and social content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure digital growth.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase website ranking and visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Manage and maintain the hospital’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content to promote hospital services, events, and health awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design and content team for creative posts, graphics, and videos.
• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly to maintain a positive online reputation.
• Track and report SEO and social media performance on a monthly basis.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO algorithms, digital marketing trends, and social media updates.
• Work closely with the marketing and IT team to ensure consistent branding and online presence.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Yoast SEO, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of content marketing and online reputation management.
• Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights-driven reports.
• Basic understanding of website structure, HTML, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
