Job Description: Position Overview: As an SEO Specialist at ICU Integrated Communications United, you will play a critical role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing the online presence of our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring performance to ensure our clients' websites are highly visible in search engine results. Key Responsibilities: Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-value keywords. Analyze keyword trends, search volume, and competitiveness. On-Page SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and image alt text. Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including keyword placement and internal linking. Technical SEO: Audit websites for technical SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure proper site architecture, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies. Provide guidance on optimizing existing content and creating new content. Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Monitor and analyze backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and SEO software. Generate monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the online landscape. Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to discuss strategy, provide updates, and address questions or concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role. Proficiency in SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz). Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and client-facing skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.
