Job Description

Evergo Tours is a fast-growing travel company dedicated to delivering exceptional travel experiences through innovative tour packages, customer-centric services, and a strong digital presence. We are expanding our digital marketing team and seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to strengthen our online visibility and organic growth strategy.

Position Overview

The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase Evergo Tours’ search rankings, website traffic, and conversions. This role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, and a passion for travel and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify content gaps.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles for on-page SEO.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexation, schema, etc.).
  • Build high-quality backlinks and manage off-page SEO campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to drive SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithm updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Generate detailed SEO performance reports for management and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work alongside the digital marketing team to align SEO efforts with PPC, social media, and email marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Familiarity with WordPress and website CMS platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Passion for the travel industry and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with local SEO and optimizing for Google My Business.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and keyword-driven blogging.
  • Understanding of SEO integration with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Experience in email and WhatsApp marketing integration is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
