Job Title: SEO Specialist. Company: Delemon Technology. Location: Thalassery, Kannur (Remote option available). Experience: Minimum 2 Years. Job Type: Full-Time. Job Summary: Delemon Technology, a growing digital solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team in Kannur or Thalassery , with the option to work remotely . The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies. You will work closely with our content creators, developers, and marketing team to maximize our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search rankings. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization. Develop and execute strategic SEO campaigns to increase organic search traffic and improve SERP rankings. Perform technical site audits, identify issues, and recommend best-practice solutions. Monitor and analyze web analytics, search console data, and performance metrics to optimize content and site structures. Implement link-building strategies and manage backlink profiles to ensure domain authority growth. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO best practices. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of proven SEO experience. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). Hands-on experience with both technical and content-driven SEO strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
