SEO Specialist

C Pool Digital Learning is looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. If you have hands-on experience in improving website rankings, optimizing content, and driving organic growth, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed keyword research to drive targeted traffic.
• Execute on-page SEO strategies including content optimization, meta tags, internal linking, and URL structuring.
• Implement off-page SEO activities such as link-building, guest posting, and directory submissions.
• Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, site speed, and mobile performance.
• Manage and optimize Local SEO including Google Business Profile, citations, and local keyword strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Optimize overall website performance for better visibility and user experience.
• Monitor SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and suggest improvement actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in SEO (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical & Local SEO.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog etc.).
• Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure (added advantage).
• Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
