Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal skills and student-friendly approach.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents on credit transfer and international study options.
Manage enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Explain course structures, eligibility, fee details, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal and external teams.
