We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with a focus on driving organic traffic and improving website visibility. This role requires expertise in various SEO tools, web analytics, and digital marketing practices to enhance our online presence and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable search terms and optimize website content accordingly.
• Perform on-page optimization, including metadata, HTML tags, and content enhancements to improve search engine rankings.
• Manage link building initiatives to enhance domain authority and improve site credibility.
• Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to monitor site performance and user behavior.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
• Oversee the management of content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress for seamless updates and optimizations.
• Implement conversion optimization techniques to maximize user engagement and drive e-commerce sales.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, digital marketing, SEM, and search engine algorithms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant software.
• Familiarity with web development languages including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of how SEO impacts online sales is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of social media management strategies that complement SEO efforts is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
