We’re looking for an SEO & Performance Specialist who knows that traffic is just the starting line. You’ll build and optimize full-funnel experiences — from search to CRM — and bring the kind of results that make dashboards smile. If you speak SEO, AEO, GEO, and ROI fluently, and live in a world of audits, ads, A/B tests, and analytics, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

    Own the rankings and what comes after. You've ranked articles, but you know the win is in the leads, not the likes. You’ll drive traffic that converts, not just traffic that flatters.
    Build and optimize funnels. From search to landing page to lead magnet to CRM you map the funnel, identify leaks, and patch them with performance.
    Do SEO that works. Run audits, fix site issues, create topic clusters, manage keyword strategy, and make on-page/off-page improvements. You don’t guess you track and tweak.
    Speak fluent AEO and GEO. You get how AI and answer engines read content, and optimize not just for Google, but also for ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. You know how to make our content prompt-ready and answer-worthy.
    Run performance campaigns. Execute Google Search & Display and native ad campaigns. Manage budgets, test creatives, optimize CTRs and landing pages, and always track conversions.
    Lead gen is your game. Whether it’s gated content, retargeting flows, or native ads — you know how to build engines that pull people in and convert them.
    Collaborate with dev/design. Work hand-in-hand with designers and developers to make SEO and CRO changes happen — faster page loads, better layouts, improved UX.
    A/B test like a scientist. Headlines, CTAs, page designs, form placements — you test, you learn, you improve.
    Live in the data. From GA4 to Hotjar, from Looker Studio dashboards to lead quality — your decisions are always data-backed, not gut-feel.

You’ll Need

    2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO & performance marketing
    Proven results in ranking articles and driving lead-gen through content & ads
    Experience with Google Ads, native platforms (Taboola/Outbrain), GSC, GA4, Hotjar
    Working knowledge of CRO and tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or similar
    Comfort working with WordPress, Webflow, or CMS-backed websites
    Bonus if you’ve built or scaled lead gen funnels before (B2B or B2C)
