Job Summary:

Foxy Digits is looking for a talented SEO Manager / Team Lead to lead our SEO team and drive organic growth for domestic and international clients. The role involves managing on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, mentoring the team, and strategizing for multiple campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search rankings.
• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives and content specialists.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits: technical, on-page, and off-page.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, images, URLs, and internal linking.
• Monitor and report SEO performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Plan and execute link-building campaigns and outreach activities.
• Stay updated with latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
• Coordinate with content, marketing, and design teams for campaign execution.
• Ensure timely achievement of SEO targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SEO strategy and team management.
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of international SEO is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,938.33 - ₹50,431.54 per month
