📌What You'll Do:

CITA is seeking an SEO specialist to lead our SEO strategy across international markets, working closely with the Global SEO Lead. You’ll play a key role in expanding our SEO channel to drive both visibility and revenue for CITA’s products.

Your scope will cover on-site optimization, content development, international SEO, and technical SEO. Beyond core SEO expertise, you should bring a strong awareness of user experience, design, engineering, copywriting, data, and product marketing.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Engineering, Design, Developer Relations, Product, and Analytics, to deliver measurable growth.

📌Key Roles & Resposibilties:

• On-Page Optimization:

  Enhance the website’s content and structure to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

• Off-page Optimisation:

  Build high-quality backlinks, manage directory listings, and develop authority through outreach, guest posts, and partnerships.

• Technical SEO:

  Address backend improvements to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and compatible with LLM agents.

• International SEO:

  Develop strategies to optimize the website for multiple countries and languages, driving global visibility and engagement.

• Content Development:

  Plan and create SEO-friendly blogs and articles to strengthen keyword rankings, attract organic traffic, and establish thought leadership.

• Roadmap Development:

  Create strategic plans outlining key SEO initiatives and timelines to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.

• Performance Reporting:

  Analyze and report on KPIs to track progress and identify opportunities for further enhancement.

📌Key Requirements:

• 2 years of SEO experience with a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful campaigns.

• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO with deep knowledge of industry best practices.

• Ability to identify SEO opportunities across site structure, metadata, content, and internal linking.

• Proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Elementor Builder, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Ahrefs.

• Experience developing and executing strategies to improve keyword rankings, grow organic traffic, and increase conversions.

• Skilled at collaborating with content and web development teams to implement SEO best practices.

• Capable of creating performance reports and dashboards to clearly communicate SEO results to stakeholders.

• Up-to-date on Google algorithm changes and able to adapt strategies quickly.

• Knowledge of structured data (schema markup) to improve rich result eligibility.

• Familiarity with localization and international SEO across multiple regions.

• Interest in exploring AI-driven SEO, including optimization for AI-generated answers and voice search.
