SEO & Google Business Profile (GBP/GBM) Optimization Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in optimizing Google Business Profiles (formerly Google My Business) and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic, improve visibility, and boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and manage multiple Google Business Profiles (GBP/GBM) for improved local SEO performance
• Ensure consistency of NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across directories and citations
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content and strategy
• Optimize website content for on-page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and schema markup
• Implement and monitor technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, etc.)
• Track and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, BrightLocal, or similar
• Create and manage localized content for websites and business profiles
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and Google Business features
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO with broader goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience optimizing Google Business Profiles for multi-location or single-location businesses
• Strong understanding of local SEO, organic SEO, and Google ranking factors
• Proficient in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Manager
• Solid grasp of HTML, schema markup, and basic web technologies
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• [Bonus] Experience with reputation management, reviews strategy, or local link building

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
