The Role:

We are looking for a SEO expert who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll be taking charge of our SEO strategy, guiding a team of interns, and driving growth through search engine optimization. The goal is to make an impact quickly and effectively, increasing visibility and driving organic growth within 2-3 months.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop & Execute SEO Strategy

  : Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to our needs, focusing on increasing visibility and driving high-quality traffic to our website and app.

• Intern Leadership & Guidance

  : Mentor and guide a small team of SEO interns, ensuring they’re executing tasks efficiently, and teaching them SEO best practices to improve their skills.

• Content Optimization

  : Work closely with the content team to optimize articles, blog posts, and other assets to align with SEO best practices and ensure high rankings.

• Data-Driven Decisions

  : Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on performance metrics, continuously optimizing based on data-driven insights.

• Quick Wins

  : Deliver measurable results within 2-3 months, implementing strategies that bring immediate improvements to search rankings and user acquisition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven SEO Expertise

  : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a demonstrated ability to execute SEO strategies that yield measurable results.

• Results-Driven

  : A strong focus on execution and the ability to produce quick wins. We want someone who’s not just knowledgeable but can deliver results in a short timeframe.

• Startup Mentality

  : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and are able to execute with a high level of independence.

• Leadership & Teaching

  : Experience in mentoring or leading a team, particularly interns or junior members, helping them grow their skills and achieve results.

• Technical SEO Skills

  : Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.

• Communication

  : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively work with a remote team and clearly communicate strategies and outcomes.
