SEO Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to increase organic traffic and visibility.
• Drive AI visibility by optimizing content and metadata for generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
• Plan and execute local SEO strategies for teacher listings and city-based pages (programmatic SEO).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to enhance site structure, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
• Manage link-building campaigns, partnerships, and offline citations to improve domain authority.
• Track and report SEO performance metrics such as traffic, visibility, DA/DR, backlinks, and AI citations.
• Experiment with emerging AI search optimization techniques and tools to stay ahead of SEO trends.
• Build and maintain SEO dashboards using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience in SEO / Digital Marketing with measurable organic growth results.
• Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of AI search visibility optimization (optimizing for LLMs such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
• Hands-on experience with programmatic SEO (dynamic skill × city or course × location pages).
• Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Good understanding of schema markup, site indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools (NeuronWriter, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse, Jasper, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset, data interpretation, and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience in EdTech or Directory Platforms (e.g., TeacherOn, UrbanPro, JustDial).
• Knowledge of local business listing SEO and offline reputation management.
• Awareness of AI content discovery frameworks and entity-based SEO.
• Basic understanding of Next.js or Laravel environments for effective collaboration with developers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
