About The Opportunity

• Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema) in collaboration with developers.
• Perform keyword research and map intent to content; optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and on-page elements to boost rankings.
• Manage SEO tools and dashboards to monitor rankings, organic traffic, CTR, and conversions; produce concise weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Execute white‑hat link-building outreach and digital PR activities to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
• Collaborate with content, product, and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in content creation and UX changes.
• Track algorithm updates and the competitive landscape; recommend a testing roadmap and prioritize high-impact SEO opportunities.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• 1 years experience in hands-on SEO role (agency or in-house) with measurable results
• Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console
• Proficiency in Ahrefs or SEMrush and Screaming Frog SEOSpider for audits and keyword research
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO and On-page SEO best practices
• Experience implementing SEO recommendations with CMS platforms (content publishing, meta tags, structured data)
• Comfortable creating performance reports and providing actionable insights for stakeholders
  

Preferred

• Experience with WordPress or other major CMS
• Basic HTML knowledge for quick front-end fixes
• Exposure to Local SEO and e-commerce SEO workflows
  

• On-site role with close collaboration across marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive visible impact.
• Hands-on ownership of SEO initiatives and a clear path to senior SEO or growth roles.
