Designation: SEO Executive and Senior SEO Executive Location: 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003 Are you passionate about driving traffic, improving search rankings, and delivering ROI-driven SEO strategies? Lyxel&Flamingo is looking for enthusiastic and skilled SEO Executives (0.5–2 years) and Senior SEO Executives (2–5 years) to join our growing SEO team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and want to be a part of a leading digital marketing agency, we’d love to hear from you! 🔍 Key Responsibilities Plan and execute result-oriented On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO strategies for client websites. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console , and Google Analytics . Handle client communication and resolve queries with professionalism and excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Drive E-commerce SEO initiatives and optimize product/category pages for better visibility and conversions. Implement and oversee international SEO strategies to support clients with a global presence. Collaborate with content and design teams for effective content optimization and outreach (guest posting, link building). Apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) insights using tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity , etc. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for organic growth and implement actionable insights across campaigns. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI for SEO campaigns. ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Candidate must be a Graduate. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: On-page SEO (Meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, etc.) Technical SEO (Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Core Web Vitals, site speed, schema markup) Off-page SEO (Backlinking, content outreach, guest posting) Familiarity with E-commerce SEO and International SEO frameworks. Proven experience in using SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs . Knowledge of CRO and UX tools like Hotjar , Clarity is a plus. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.
