SEO Executive

We are looking for a next-gen SEO Specialist who understands not just traditional SEO, but also Automation-driven SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced keyword research based on search intent & conversational queries
• Optimize meta tags, content structure, internal linking, and URLs
• Conduct technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
• Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema & structured data
• Execute ethical link-building strategies
• Optimize content for AI search engines & generative platforms (ChatGPT, Google SGE, Bing Copilot, etc.)
• Structure content for entity-based SEO & semantic search
• Improve brand mentions, topical authority, and trust signals
• Ensure content is easily discoverable and quotable by AI models
• Optimize content for featured snippets, PAA (People Also Ask), voice search, and zero-click results
• Create FAQ, Q&A, and conversational content formats
• Implement schema (FAQ, HowTo, Article) to improve answer visibility
• Align content with natural language and voice queries

SEO Automation

• Automate SEO tasks like audits, rank tracking, reporting, and content analysis
• Use AI tools for content optimization, clustering, and intent mapping
• Build automated SEO workflows using tools/scripts where required
• Improve the scalability and efficiency of SEO processes
• Monitor traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions using GA4 & Search Console
• Track AI-driven traffic and visibility where possible
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights & action items
• Continuously refine strategy based on data and algorithm updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
• Hands-on experience with GEO & AEO concepts and execution
• Knowledge of SEO automation tools & AI-based workflows
• Proficiency with GA4, GSC, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
• Understanding of HTML basics & structured data (schema)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with eCommerce SEO (Shopify preferred)
• Familiarity with Python / Sheets automation / APIs for SEO
• Knowledge of content strategy for AI-first search
• Experience optimizing for international or multi-language SEO
• Understanding of CRO & UX impact on organic performance
