SEO Analyst - A Leadig IT Consulting Firm

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Analyst who will be responsible for

managing end-to-end SEO strategies across our digital presence. This includes everything from

technical SEO audits, keyword research, content planning, on-page and off-page optimization,

to performance monitoring, competitor analysis, and detailed reporting. You will play a key role

in boosting our organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and SERP rankings

- Perform in-depth SEO audits

– technical, on-page, off-page, and content-related

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and market analysis

- Optimize existing content and landing pages for SEO best practices

- Collaborate with content writers and developers for SEO-driven content and website changes

- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the dev team for resolution

- Manage and improve link-building strategies and backlink profiles

- Track, analyze, and report website performance using SEO and web analytics tools

- Keep up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices

- Monitor and improve site health, crawlability, and indexability

- Google Search Console & Google Analytics (GA4)

- Google Tag Manager

- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz

- Screaming Frog SEO Spider

- Surfer SEO / Frase.io (or similar on-page optimization tools)

- Ubersuggest / Keyword Planner for keyword research

- Yoast SEO / Rank Math (for WordPress-based projects)

- Hotjar / Microsoft Clarity for behavior analytics

- Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting

- Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for dashboards and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, in fast-paced digital environment - Proven track

record of improving organic rankings and driving traffic growth - Strong understanding of

Google algorithm updates and ranking factors - Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, and

technical website structure - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
