Salary:

• First 90 Days: 1,30,000/month
• Post 90-Day Trial: 1,75,000/month
• Performance Bonuses: Available upon efficient, error-free performance post-trial

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO minded Agency Account Manager who excels in keyword research, strategic content oversight, and leveraging AI tools to ensure alignment and relevance across Reddit and similar platforms for our clients accounts. You will primarily handle data extraction, content planning, drafting, and meticulous review processes, ensuring every piece of content meets our standards before publication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Strategy: Utilize Ahrefs extensively for keyword research, competitor analysis, and developing targeted content strategies.

• Content Drafting & Validation: Generate accurate and subreddit-relevant content drafts using ChatGPT (or similar tools) by crafting precise, effective prompts.

Review all posts and comments to ensure adherence to subreddit norms, relevance, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.

• Reporting & Analysis: Extract accurate data from Ahrefs and Reddit, create comprehensive reports, and provide actionable insights (specific KPIs will be trained internally).

• Internal Collaboration: Attend daily team meetings to collaborate on strategy, share insights, and ensure clear internal communication and alignment.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality control across all micro-content and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, keyword research, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years with Agency account management experience
• Preferred experience of marketing to US customers in the personal finance space

• Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced proficiency with Ahrefs is mandatory.
• Familiarity and competence with ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content drafting.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), specifically American English.

• Detail Orientation: Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver error-free, high-quality outputs.
