Senior/Lead Integration Architect – Shopify, RabbitMQ & .NET

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced integration architect to lead our eCommerce platform integrations. This role demands mastery in Shopify, RabbitMQ, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, and SQL Server, with the ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance systems connecting Shopify with ERP, CRM, fulfilment, and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of integration solutions between Shopify and backend systems.
• Define best practices for RabbitMQ message queues, retry mechanisms, dead-letter handling, and worker scaling.
• Oversee the development and migration of ASP.NET Core & Web Forms applications, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify.
• Optimize SQL Server performance with stored procedures, indexing, and query tuning.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure real-world requirements are technically feasible.
• Mentor and guide mid-level developers in best practices, debugging, and system design.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations for platform evolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years in software development and system integration.
• Expertise in Shopify API, Liquid, GraphQL, and app development.
• Strong experience with RabbitMQ (queue architecture, workers, scaling).
• Proficient in ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and SQL Server.
• Deep understanding of middleware design, API-first architecture, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience in high-volume eCommerce platforms preferred.

Nice to Have

• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS), Docker/Kubernetes.
• ERP/CRM integrations (SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Zoho).
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps familiarity.
