Telesales Executive( E-commerce (B2C))

Key Qualifications: - Residing in Bangalore and willing to travel to Basavanagudi Minerva circle for work. - Fluent in both English and Hindi. - Salary expectation between Rs.18000 to Rs.25000, negotiable up to Rs.1000 to Rs.2000 beyond Rs.25000. - Minimum 1 year of telesales experience. Position Summary: As a Telesales Executive at our e-commerce tyre company, you will conduct outbound calls to introduce our products and services to potential customers. You will need to understand customer needs, recommend suitable tyre options, effectively communicate product features and pricing, close sales to achieve monthly targets, and build strong relationships with customers for repeat business and loyalty. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, stay updated on industry trends, and participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills. Desired Skills: - Proven telesales experience in automotive or e-commerce industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently or as part of a team. - Results-oriented mindset with proficiency in using CRM software. - High school diploma with additional qualifications in sales/marketing as a plus. - Fluency in English and Hindi, basic automotive knowledge, and adaptability to learn new sales techniques.
