About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Developer with a strong background in cloud-native technologies, DevOps practices, and backend development. You’ll work on a dynamic suite of projects, shaping robust CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalable backend applications for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. Your technical vision and hands-on approach will help drive innovation and reliability across our teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and enhance CI/CD automation for modern, cloud-based applications
• Develop backend services using Java or Python, integrating SQL/JPA, Swagger/OpenAPI, and microservice architectures
• Build, maintain, and optimize infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployments (Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS, containers)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements
• Champion best practices in engineering, security, scalability, and automation
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team

Must-Have Skills:

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in development (Java or Python) and backend architecture
• Strong track record in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, pipelines, DevOps practices)
• Solid experience with Terraform, Kubernetes/container orchestration, and cloud environments (preferably AWS)
• Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL/JPA, Swagger/OpenAPI, and microservices
• BFSI domain experience is highly valued
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Bonus Points:

• AWS certifications or deep cloud expertise
• Prior experience in migration projects, FinTech, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with secrets management, monitoring, and secure delivery pipelines
