Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development & Customization
  • Create custom WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
  • Modify existing themes and plugins based on client needs.
  • Implement dynamic and interactive features.
  • Design & Front-End
  • Convert design mockups (Figma, Photoshop, XD, etc.) into WordPress websites.
  • Ensure responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktop.
  • Maintain UI/UX standards.
  • Back-End Development
  • Configure databases, user roles, and website architecture.
  • Optimize back-end performance and ensure scalability.
  • Write clean, reusable, and secure PHP code.
  • Website Performance & Security
  • Optimize websites for speed (caching, minification, CDN setup).
  • Implement security best practices to prevent malware and hacks.
  • Regularly update WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
  • SEO & Analytics
  • Implement SEO best practices (structured data, meta tags, site speed).
  • Set up analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Maintenance & Support
  • Troubleshoot website issues and debug errors.
  • Provide ongoing support for clients or internal teams.
  • Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with designers, content writers, SEO teams, and project managers.
  • Communicate progress and technical solutions effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
