As a Senior WordPress Architect / Developer with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for WordPress development, PHP development, MySQL database management, collaboration, optimization, and security. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. - Developing custom WordPress themes and plugins based on project requirements. - Implementing responsive web design to ensure optimal performance on different devices. - Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to WordPress websites, plugins, and themes. - Testing and deploying WordPress applications. - Writing clean, well-structured PHP code to enhance website functionalities. - Customizing and extending existing WordPress themes and plugins using PHP. - Collaborating with backend developers to integrate PHP scripts into the website. - Designing, creating, and maintaining databases in MySQL. - Optimizing database queries to improve website speed and performance. - Performing database backups, migrations, and recovery. - Ensuring the security and integrity of the website's data. - Working with designers and project managers to translate UI/UX designs into functioning websites. - Collaborating with the QA team to ensure the websites are tested for performance, responsiveness, and security. - Ensuring websites are optimized for performance, scalability, and security. - Implementing SEO best practices in website development. - Keeping up-to-date with the latest WordPress, PHP, and MySQL security practices.
