About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented WordPress Developer who can build high-performance, fully customized websites — from eCommerce platforms to corporate and service-based websites. You’ll own projects end-to-end: structure, development, optimization, and integrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance, detail-oriented, and stays ahead of modern WordPress trends.Key Responsibilities

• Build WordPress websites from scratch using clean, efficient, and modular code.
• Develop WooCommerce-based eCommerce stores with secure payments, product management, and dynamic user experiences.
• Create custom post types, taxonomies, and API integrations for feature-rich dynamic websites.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress themes.
• Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, caching, CDN).
• Implement and configure third-party plugins, CRMs, payment gateways, and APIs.
• Maintain security, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with designers, content, and marketing teams to deliver conversion-driven websites.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Manage deployments and updates across staging and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Expert in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Solid experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce customization.
• Proficiency with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg) when needed.
• Experience with API integration and custom dynamic functionality.
• Deep understanding of website performance optimization (server-level + front-end).
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tracking integrations (GTM, Analytics).
• Version control (Git) and deployment workflow experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with headless WordPress (Next.js / React).
• Familiarity with ACF, Custom REST endpoints, and AJAX-based features.
• Understanding of server management (cPanel, VPS, or cloud hosting).
• Knowledge of security hardening and data privacy compliance (GDPR).
• Experience integrating marketing automation or lead systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).
