Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer (Full Stack) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS, PHP, and Python, with in-depth knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB) and modern coding practices. The role involves hands-on coding, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, dynamic, and scalable full-stack applications
• Lead the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment
• Optimize web applications for speed, security, and performance
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest programming languages, frameworks, and industry trends

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, NodeJS, PHP, and Python
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and DOM manipulation
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and JSON
• Hands-on knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Preferred Skills:

• Backend frameworks: Express.js, NestJS, or Laravel (PHP framework)
• Database management: MySQL and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines
• Cloud hosting knowledge (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in full stack development
• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (mandatory)
• Master’s Degree (MCA / M.Tech) is an added advantage

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
• Work Location: In-person (Patna Office)
