Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a senior-level web developer with strong experience in Webflow and WordPress , and a willingness to develop further in Shopify. This role requires precision, autonomy, and cross-functional thinking — working closely with our UI/UX, PPC, SEO, and delivery teams . What You’ll Do Build and manage full custom websites using Webflow and WordPress (Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom themes) Execute high-conversion landing pages from detailed Figma files or design briefs Support implementation of Google Tag Manager , analytics scripts, and event tracking — working closely with the Performance Marketing Strategist Implement SEO basics: meta tags, URL structures, alt text, internal linking Work directly with the UI/UX designer to deliver pixel-perfect results, matching spacing, layout and brand precision Collaborate with the SEO lead, content team, and project manager on content blocks, schema, and web optimization Manage post-launch QA, support windows, and edits during the 30-day post-deployment period Configure and embed lead forms , CRM connections, Calendly integrations, and automation triggers Participate in internal reviews and design-to-dev walkthroughs as required You Should Have 3–5+ years of direct experience with full website builds in Webflow and WordPress and Shopify Proven experience managing SEO setup, tracking scripts, and marketing integrations Comfort working with custom designs (not just templates) and interpreting design mockups precisely Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager , Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Clarity, Hotjar etc. Ability to communicate with marketing teams to troubleshoot pixel and conversion events Solid understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and browser compatibility Experience with page speed optimization and image handling best practices Proactive, independent, and delivery-focused attitude Preferred (Not Required) Any experience with Shopify or willingness to learn quickly with support Hosting/domain management experience Familiarity with ClickUp or other project management platforms Knowledge of WordPress ACF, WooCommerce, or API tools is a plus What You’ll Get Ownership over meaningful builds for global brands and scaling startups Access to a creative UI/UX designer to support visual consistency A fast-moving delivery team that respects structure and SOPs Opportunities for continuous growth into Shopify, Webflow CMS, and technical SEO A supportive, remote-first team that values output and autonomy Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
