Visual Experience Architect (UI/UX & Brand Creative)

Job Description

Summary: We’re looking for someone with elite visual taste , UI/UX thinking , and the ability to create assets that elevate our client’s presence across digital channels. What You'll Do Design high-conversion landing pages and full web layouts (desktop & mobile) using Figma or Adobe XD Translate client briefs into stunning, strategic designs in partnership with our Web Developer and Project Manager Create visually consistent social media post designs across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Support our clients with branded assets like pitch decks, business cards, banners, and brand kits Collaborate with performance marketing and content teams to design ads, visual funnels , and lead-gen assets Ensure all designs adhere to global UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and design QA Support client presentations by mocking up visuals or brand previews as needed Implement and follow our internal design QA checklist for every handoff Deliver batches of social creatives per client (e.g., 15–20 per month) with quality and efficiency You Should Have 4+ years of proven UI/UX design experience for web and mobile (agency experience preferred) Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator Understanding of UX structure, visual hierarchy, and responsive layout design Experience designing social media creatives (in bulk), ideally for performance-driven brands Strong eye for typography, spacing, and alignment — pixel-perfect delivery is a must Ability to balance brand storytelling with business goals Excellent file organization and communication skills Able to work to deadlines, iterate on feedback, and take ownership of the full design process Nice to Have Basic animation/motion experience (Lottie, After Effects) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
