Role Overview

As our Senior Web Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of high-impact websites. You won’t just be placing pixels — you’ll own the user experience, define design flows, and collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and development teams to produce digital work that drives results. This is a high-ownership role for someone who blends creativity with analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX/UI design process from discovery to delivery across multiple web projects.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive UI designs optimized for conversion.
• Work closely with strategists and developers to ensure your designs are implemented with excellence.
• Conduct UX research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Maintain design systems and ensure brand consistency across projects.
• Continuously optimize existing websites based on performance data and user feedback.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience designing conversion-driven websites (preferably in SaaS/startups).
• Proven portfolio showcasing UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and responsive websites.
• Mastery of hierarchy, white space, typography, and call-to-action psychology.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Figma, Webflow, Adobe XD, etc.
• Bonus: experience collaborating with developers and marketing teams.
