Roles and Responsibility

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with premium clients . The role focuses on delivering customized wealth advisory, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring exceptional service experience for high-net-worth customers.

• Manage a portfolio of

  HNI/Ultra-HNI clients

  and serve as a single point of contact.
• Build long-term relationships through regular engagement and proactive servicing.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Acquire new high-value relationships through referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Enhance wallet share of existing clients by identifying new sales opportunities.
• Drive activation of dormant or low-engagement clients.
