Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Wealth Manager. The Senior Wealth Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive financial planning strategies, managing client investment portfolios, providing Mutual Fund solutions, and ensuring client goals are met. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering expert advice on investment opportunities, monitoring market trends, and crafting personalized financial plans to drive wealth creation and preservation. Job Description To meet clients understand their goals and objective of Investment To update details on the CRM about any lead forwarded To give weekly report to the leader related to sales & prospecting done To update clients about the market and any new NFO upcoming To give statement and valuation report to the clients assigned as and when asked To update clients of any SIP upcoming or any renewal in insurance Establishing and maintaining powerful relationship with clients and generating business & references to meet any target assigned Responsible for selling various financial products such as mutual funds, life & health insurance, and other structured wealth and financial products. Managing and reviewing portfolios of existing clients with a focus on client servicing and ethical advisory along with premium client acquisition. Providing consultancy regarding Financial Planning including Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, Goal-based Investing, etc. Apply strong analytical skills in order to help clients by various data points Help clients in their on-boarding process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders like the operations team Guide clients thoroughly on their Tax liabilities when exiting or entering into funds Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offer To organize investor awareness session , update it on the CRM and then follow up with the prospects Qualifications Excellent communication skills Deep knowledge of financial products Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms Strong Management skills NISM Mutual funds certification completed (before joining) Graduate in Finance Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Goal-Based Planning. Extensive knowledge of Investment Management, strategy creation, and portfolio management. Proficiency in Investments and Finance, including understanding of market trends and financial products. Experience in Insurance and its integration within overall wealth management strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships. Ability to analyse financial data and propose actionable insights for wealth creation. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; CFA certification is a plus. Proven track record in wealth management or financial advisory roles. Strong ethical standards and commitment to client-first practices.
